工作职责: 1. 音频算法开发； 2. 音频算法的定点验证，DSP算法实现以及优化； 3. 配合硬件设计、软件开发团队，完成音频算法在产品中的落地；并协助实验室完成测试及调试。 Job Description: 1. Develop audio processing algorithm; 2. Perform floating and fixed point verification, DSP implementation and optimization of audio algorithms; 3. Work with hardware and software teams for optimal implementation and for system measurements. 任职资格: 1. 电子工程/通信系统相关专业本科及以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验； 2. 在数字语音于音频信号处理方面，具有广博的理论知识和实践经验； 3. 精通C/C++ 以及Python编程，熟悉嵌入式MCU或者DSP编程； 4. 具有下列一个或多个音频信号处理算法（回声消除，噪声抑制，主动降噪，均衡，音频阵列信号处理，以及采样频率转换等）经验者优先； 5. 具有压缩解压缩算法（例如MP3、AAC、Opus等）经验者优先； 6. 具有蓝牙音频或者其他无线音频产品开发经验者优先。 Job Requirements: 1. College or graduate level degree in EE (or a related discipline)，at least 2 years’ related experience; 2. Solid theoretical background and practical experience in digital audio signal processing; 3. Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python programming is required，familiar with MCU or DSP programming; 4. Hands-on experience with various voice and audio algorithm such as noise suppression, echo cancellation, active noise control, equalization, beam forming, and sample rate conversion; 5. Hands-on experience with various audio compression and decompression algorithm such as MP3/AAC/Opus is preferred; 6. Experience in Bluetooth Audio or other wireless audio product is preferred.
