Responsibilities: ●Provide advanced technical advice and consultant on Network LAN and WAN services improvement. ●Senior technical support, configuration, trouble shooting and monitoring on Network LAN and WAN system. ●Well understand business to ensure balance between business and network LAN and WAN setup. ●Manage network asset inventory and license inventory. ●Manage network LAN and WAN documentation, process, and updates. ●In LAN service, it is required to make configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting on Access switch, Distribution switch, Prime, ISE, Core switch, WLC, AP, WIFI signal , Network ports, DHCP, DNS, Central Management on Switch, Infoblox and G-Suite support. ●In WAN service, it is required to make configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting on EASY-1, SPIDER-WAN and Site to Site VPN. ●Resolving incident and request escalated from L1 Network Support. ● Knowledge database, documents and asset inventory upgrade. ●Remote and on-site trouble shooting and support on BH and NBH. ●Key events support such as support to VIP meeting on BH and NBH. ●Project support by setting up new devices and new configuration. ●Generating EOL information. ●Track & provide solution on security risk in network LAN and WAN services . ●Regular meeting and emergent contact with Company's network LAN and WAN team in EU. ●Meet SLA of incident and request standards as required . ●Technical documents re-write and update . ●Fully aware and understand Company's Roof IT infrastructure architecture . ●Required to have competency on architecture design and trouble shooting . ●Network architecture design for new projects, requests and changes . ●Monitoring changes to be done in LAN and WAN services to avoid potential technical confliction and risk in Network architecture . ●Provide physical and logical fault management, configuration management, security management, and monitoring services for LAN and WAN services in BH and NBH. ●Provide asset inventory management and documents for LAN and WAN services. ●Collaborate with IM staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes. ●Devices VLAN, Spanning tree configuration, Ether Channel configuration, Device Interface, IOS upgrade, IP address/Subnet mask changes, trunk configuration change, VTP configuration. ●Daily operation for Infoblox, ISE, Switch Router WLC, AP, 802.11a/b/g/n wireless network, Wireless signal scan . ●Patching and cabling for LAN devices. ●Monitoring the Core service quality . ●Responsible for Technical document validation and update . ●Responsible SLA report and service monthly report and update . ●Support and management Airbus change process in LAN and WAN part . ●Make sure the compliance with company rules is respected in all cases . ● Be able to do support tasks following company procedures and security policies . ●Accountable for Incident during NBH . ●Following Company's security policy and request to make installation or re-configuration of switch and other network devices re-configuration, and architecture modification in perimeter of Network services . ●Supporting to IM projects with information provisioning of Network architecture and configuration, and conduction of Network devices setup and configuration . ●02Physical Token and digital Token activation and management . ●Ensure Incident rate is higher than 80% and request rate is higher than 90%. Requirements: ●Education: Must have University Bachelor degree in Major of Electronics Science or Computer Science . ●Experience: More than 5 years’ experience in Information Technology . ●Basic Skills: Excellent English on reading, writing, speaking, and listening . ●Certifications: CCIE(Routing Switching / Wireless) .
