岗位职责： Responsibilities: 1.理解业务需求，并负责依据需求完成可行性分析、设计及开发。 Understand business requirements and be responsible for feasibility analysis, design, and development based on the requirements. 2.承担性能优化、重构和持续优化工作，确保应用程序的高效性和稳定性。 Undertake performance optimization, refactoring, and continuous improvement to ensure the efficiency and stability of the application. 3.参与产品的跨平台迁移和适配。 Participate in cross-platform migration and adaptation of products. 4.负责解决开发过程中的技术问题，提出解决方案，并优化开发方法和流程。 Resolve technical issues during the development process, propose solutions, and optimize development methods and workflows. 任职要求： Requirements: 1.熟练掌握Flutter开发，熟练使用Dart语言，有两年以上Flutter实际项目经验。 Proficient in Flutter development and skilled in using the Dart language, with at least two years of practical experience in Flutter projects. 2.熟练使用Flutter相关API，熟练掌握Flutter中的Widgets。 Proficient in using Flutter APIs and mastering Flutter Widgets. 3.熟悉Flutter组件生命周期，绘制原理，布局原理，动画机制。 Familiar with the Flutter component lifecycle, drawing principles, layout principles, and animation mechanisms. 4.熟练使用Flutter相关状态管理框架并了解原理。 Proficient in using Flutter-related state management frameworks and understanding their principles. 5.熟悉Flutter插件开发及通讯原理，有Flutter适配和性能优化经验。 Familiar with Flutter plugin development and communication principles, with experience in Flutter adaptation and performance optimization. 6.有移动端混合开发经验，对Android/iOS 原生开发有较深的理解。 Experience in hybrid mobile development and a deep understanding of native Android/iOS development. 7.思路清晰，思维敏捷，责任心强，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 Clear thinking, quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork. 我们寻求具备以上要求和能力的候选人加入我们的团队，共同构建优秀的应用程序。 We are seeking candidates who possess the above requirements and capabilities to join our team and work together to build excellent applications.
