岗位职责：1、制定测试产品的测试计划和方案。
2、设计并执行测试用例，对产品进行功能、性能、安全等测试并提出优化及改进建议。
3、实施高效的测试活动，并对测试结果进行分析，给出专业报告，与其他部门紧密协作，追踪缺陷及推动及时修复。
4、维护测试环境，进行测试环境的部署和调试。
5、完成测试项目的归纳和总结文档。
6、负责跟踪开发过程的档案管理，每周进行审查、整理、归档，保证文档的完整性和及时性。
7、作为软件研发部技术支持接口：负责市场运维技术支持，对实施人员进行技术指导、解答问题，并记录分类反馈问题，定期组织相关人员进行评审。
8、协助软件研发部经理完成其他管理工作。
9、完成上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息技术相关专业。
2、具有软件测试工作经验，掌握软件测试方法，了解软件开发流程和工程知识。
3、具有根据项目搭建测试环境、准备测试数据的经验，能够从测试中总结深层次问题，完善测试方法，并发掘新的测试工具。
4、具有至少一种开发和缺陷追踪管理工具的经验。
5、有较强的需求分析能力和逻辑思考能力，根据产品的原型、需求和设计文档，设计测试方案，编写测试用例，完成测试报告，同时通过需求分析，提出有价值的建议。
6、热爱软件测试工作，对通过需求分析、功能点分解、缺陷追踪来不断完善的敏捷开发模式富有激情。
7、有较强的沟通理解能力和协调能力。
8、优秀的MS Office文档工具工作能力。
补充要求（加分项）
1、了解医疗产品，有医疗产品相关知识。
2、英语读写流利。
3、有白盒测试经验，基本掌握一种脚本语言或面向对象语言。
4、有Linux系统下的工作经验。
5、数据库SQL语言基础。
6、了解性能和安全相关的软件测试方法和工具。
Requirements:
1、BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering and related fields、
2、Experience in software testing, and familiarity with software development process especially agile 、
3、Working knowledge on software engineering, and experience in setting up test environment and test data、
4、Strong analysis skills on software testing process, and able to summarize root cause, improve testing method, and explore new tools from testing、
5、Strong analysis skills on project prototype and requirements, and able to breakdown project to testing process and test cases、
6、Familiarity with a least one development task/bug tracking tool 、
7、Enthusiasm in software testing and quality assurance, and Excellent communication and teamwork abilities、
8、Excellent MS Office tool skills、
Desired Requirements (having any of below is a huge plus):
1、Some knowledge and background on medical instruments or medicine、
2、Fluent in reading and writing English、
3、Experience in white box testing, and basic knowledges on at least one OOP language or script language、
4、Experience in SQL、
5、Comfortable with Linux environments、
6、Experience in software performance testing and security testing、
