岗位职责：
1、负责游戏研发的版本验收和质量管理。
2、负责线上问题跟进解决，质量总结复盘。
3、负责测试团队招聘和培训。
岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。
2、有5年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验。
3、游戏经验丰富，并对游戏有浓厚兴趣和研究。
4、良好的沟通和协调能力，出色的质量意识和团队合作意识。
