工作职责：

Analyze, plan, improve, and upgrade existing systems to improve overall performance and user experience;
6.推进团队在相关领域的前沿技术研究，保持公司技术领先并快速响应业务需求。

任职要求：
Job Requirements:
1.具备3年以上Java研发相关工作经验，深刻理解面向对象；
More than 3 years of Java development work experience with a profound understanding of object-oriented programming;
2.精通Spring、Spring Boot，MyBatis等主流开源框架；
Proficient in mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, MyBatis, etc.;
3.精通HTML、JavaScript、CSS3，Ajax前端技术；
Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS3, Ajax front-end technologies;
4.具备2年以上的分布式系统开发经验，深入理解并掌握并发、缓存和队列的处理机制；
More than 2 years of distributed system development experience, an in-depth understanding and mastery of concurrency, cache, and queue processing mechanisms;
5.具备较强的网络功底，熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP等常用网络协议；
Strong network foundation, familiar with common network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.;
6.熟练掌握devops相关开发实践，有Docker和K8S相关开发经验者优先；
Proficient in DevOps-related development practices, and those with Docker and K8S related development experience are preferred;
7.熟悉Scrum项目开发流程，理解并掌握敏捷开发相关思想；
Familiar with Scrum project development process, understand and master agile development concepts;
8.具备较强的设计能力，并能编写设计文档；
Strong design capabilities and ability to write design documents;
9.指导初级和中级工程师的编码，帮助解决各种功能点实现时遇到的问题；
Guide junior and mid-level engineers in coding and help solve problems encountered when implementing various functions;
10.熟悉两种以上主流的数据库，掌握调优SQL技巧；
Familiar with two or more mainstream databases and master tuning SQL skills;
11.具备ElasticSearch、大数据开发相关经验者优先。
Those with ElasticSearch and big data development experience are preferred.
