职位职责：
1.生产质量监控，问题处理，通过日常审查将不合格零件从正常生产中剔除，以提高产品质量的IPPM(内部缺陷PPM；
2.新的工程质量实施方案，包括发射准备审核、安全发射控制定义等内容;
3.基于客户投诉的分析结果，找出内部流程的改进风险;负责控制计划、过程检验WL、出厂检验WL、主样本;准备并提交客户;
4.通过VDA6.3进行产品审核和流程审核，跟踪所有未审核项目;通过分层流程审计进行线侧审查;
5.质量培训，OC培训，工人和新员工入职培训；
6.质量经理交办的其他工。
responsibility
Production Quality monitoring, problem handling by daily review the non-conforming parts from normal production to improve the IPPM(Internal defect PPM);
New project quality implement which contains the launch readiness audit, safe launch control definition and so on;
Based on customer complaint analysis result to identify the internal process risk for improvement;
Responsible for Control plan, Process Inspection WI, Outgoing Inspection WI, Master Samples;
To prepare and submit Customer ;
Product Audit and Process audit via VDA6.3 and following up all open items;
Line side Review via layered process audit;
Quality training for QC, worker and new employee orientation training.
