What you will do:
-Create consistent marketing brand assets across all channels.
-Support product/feature launches and tech community campaigns with beautifully designed materials across physical and digital touch-points
-Evolve and mature our brand identity as a fast-growing international company
-Hold a position of responsibility and have a scope for growth to other job roles.
-Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work
-Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.
What we are looking for:
-Understanding of graphic design and branding principles, layout, color theory, typography, hierarchy, etc
-Advanced skill in digital experience using Figma and Design system
-Nice to have knowledge of Adobe CC, Illustration, Motion, C4D, etc
-Extreme attention to detail, right down to the pixel level
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
-Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail. Be able to learn fast and well.
-Excellent communication – English (written) and Chinese (Speaking and Written), time management, and multitasking skills.
-Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related course of study
-1+ years experience in graphic design for a company or agency
