岗位目标：
1. 组织和带领项目团队按时按质完成新产品研发项目并发布。
职责描述：
1. 组织带领项目团队，分解量化项目目标，制定项目计划并按计划推动执行。
2. 沟通管理。组织项目阶段评审与汇报。管理内外部相关方的诉求，保持各方信息交流的有效性。
3. 变更管理。项目发生计划外情况时能够及时识别并组织团队积极寻找解决方案，做好影响评估。能审时度势及时有效的升级汇报以获得额外支持。
4. 领导交办的其它任务。
资质要求：
1. 博士学历，机械、电机、电子电路、自动化等相关专业。
2. 项目管理工作经验15年以上，特别优秀者可放宽。有制造业、工业系统产品项目的成功经验，对机械、电子电气、软件、算法等有基础了解。有电子业背景为佳。
3. 沟通协调能力强。思路清晰，思维灵活，意志坚定，结果导向。自我激励并能积极带动影响项目团队走向成功。
4. PMP资格认证，熟练使用项目管理工具。英文流利者为佳。
