工作内容：
1.协助编制产品工艺规程，产品工艺卡，岗位操作法等技术性文件。
2.负责公司新技术引进和产品开发、改进等技术工作在各小组的组织实施以促进公司产品的技术创新。
3.参与有关产品的设计评审、工艺评审。
4.具体指导、处理、协调和解决实际生产中出现的技术问题、为各小组各项工作提供技术支持。
5.参与不合格品和质量事故的评审、参与产品的技术整改工作。
6.做好各小组技术有关信息的搜集、记录和反馈工作。
7.确认生产标识的正确性、规范性。
8.监督员工严格按照相关作业指导书进行操作。
9.参与生产物料数量和质量标准的把控。
10.与质量部协商相关作业的质量标准和工艺改进，确保满足生产要求，并符合质量要求。
11.对生产产品、半成品进行不定期的检查和确认，确保产品质量和安全生产过程。
12.根据工艺流程及生产计划，规划生产布局，调整和优化生产线配置、生产现场布置，明确落实现场区域的划分。
13.配合巡检工作的展开。
14.对设计图纸可以进行转化。
15.对后期工装夹具的设计，出图做对应的工装夹具。
16.配合总部对技术资料的转化，并且实施生产过程。
