III. Responsibilities
1. Data Architecture Design
- Take charge of the data architecture planning and design for the company's intelligent vehicle business. Ensure that the data architecture can meet the needs of business development and support data processing and analysis for key business systems such as ADAS.
- Combine the features of public cloud products (such as AWS) to design an efficient, scalable, and secure data storage and processing architecture. Optimize the flow and utilization of data in different environments.
2. Database Management and Optimization
- Thoroughly manage and optimize relational databases, non - relational databases, and in - memory databases to ensure high performance, high availability, and data security of the databases.
- Develop reasonable data storage strategies for the massive data generated by intelligent vehicles, including data partitioning, backup, and recovery plans, to guarantee data integrity and reliability.
3. Big Data Development and Processing
- Lead big data development efforts. Utilize big data technology frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark to build data processing and analysis platforms and handle complex datasets related to intelligent vehicles.
- Design and implement data integration processes. Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple data sources (such as sensor data, in - vehicle system logs, etc.) to provide high - quality data support for data analysis and mining.
4. Data Security and Compliance
- Formulate and implement data security strategies to ensure the security of the company's data during storage and transmission, meeting relevant regulations and industry standards, especially the data privacy protection requirements in the intelligent vehicle field.
- Participate in the company's data governance efforts. Establish data standards and specifications to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and traceability.
5. Technical Collaboration and Guidance
- Collaborate closely with cross - functional teams (including dev team, operation team, testing team or 3rd party company etc.) to understand business requirements and provide technical support and solutions in terms of data architecture.
- Guide and train junior data engineers in the team, improve the overall technical level of the team, and share industry best practices and technical experiences.
IV. Qualifications
1. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years of experience in data architecture design and implementation in the intelligent vehicle field or related industries. Experience in ADAS projects is preferred.
2. Technical Competence
- Proficient in big data development technologies, and be skilled in big data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and Flink, with practical project development experience.
- Have in - depth knowledge of the principles, architectures, and application scenarios of relational databases (such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) and non - relational databases (such as MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc.). Be able to design, optimize, and tune databases.
- Familiar with the use of in - memory databases (such as Memcached, Redis, etc.) and be able to make reasonable selections and configurations according to business needs.
- Be proficient in using public cloud products such as AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, EMR, etc.) and have experience in building and managing data architectures in a public cloud environment.
- Master data security technologies such as data encryption and access control, and be familiar with data governance and metadata management methods and tools.
