Job Description:

We are looking for a results-oriented Account Manager with strong client relationship management skills to drive and support merchants in growing their business on our platform. You will work with China-based sellers to optimize their operations, enhance sales performance, and ensure their success in global markets. This role involves analyzing merchant performance data, formulating growth strategies, and maintaining strong relationships between the platform and merchants to achieve mutual success.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage merchant operations on the Wish platform.

Analyze daily operational data and drive sustainable business growth for Key Account (KA) merchants, ensuring GMV growth.

Possess strong merchant management skills and category operation insights, helping merchants create best-selling products tailored for the platform.

Gain in-depth knowledge of cross-border e-commerce market trends and consumer behavior, understanding user profiles in key markets.

Regularly communicate with merchants to maintain strong partnerships, enhance their engagement, and promote a win-win collaboration between the platform and merchants.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above.

At least 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce merchant management, with a proven track record of success in merchant operations.

Strong proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), excellent logical thinking, data analysis capabilities, and sharp market insights.

Highly goal-driven, able to work in a challenging environment, collaborative team player, and results-oriented.
