职责描述：
1、熟悉并研究Unity引擎的各项功能。
2、与主美、主程一起沟通并选定相关美术表现和性能优化的技术方案。
3、为美术资源制作和优化提供制作流程、规范文档、编辑工具和技术支持。
4、为实现美术表现需求，编写高效、绚丽的Shader。
5、不定期对游戏进行整体性能评测，并对相关问题提出解决方案。
任职要求：
1、具备良好的审美能力和美术功底。
2、熟悉C#，C++、3D技术、图形学原理、OpenGL，拥有良好的数学知识，熟悉常见的物理现象和原理。
3、熟悉常用美术工具，同时熟悉工具相关脚本及插件开发更佳。
4、精通Unity游戏引擎，同时熟悉多款其他引擎（如Unreal、Cry等）更佳。
5、精通Shader（Cg、GLSL、HLSL最少一项），对卡通渲染有深入研究者优先。
6、熟悉Unity性能检测工具（Profiler、Frame Debugger、UWA/UPA 等），其他工具（GPA、Adreno Profiler、Tegra Graphics Debuger、Instrunments等）
