后端开发与优化
设计、构建并优化高性能后端服务,使用TypeScript、Rust、Go 或 C++。
实现高效的数据库查询和分布式系统架构。
优化网络延迟、数据管道和请求吞吐量。
数据库与基础设施
使用SQL(PostgreSQL、MySQL)和 NoSQL(Redis、MongoDB 等)数据库,确保其可扩展性和性能优化。
实施高效的索引、缓存策略和查询优化。
管理数据一致性、完整性和分布式存储系统。
网络与安全
开发并优化高性能 API,专注于低延迟网络。
实施身份验证、加密和安全数据处理的最佳安全实践。
预防和缓解DDoS 攻击、API 滥用和访问控制相关风险。
Web3 与节点基础设施(非必须,但优先考虑)
基础了解智能合约、Ethereum/Solana RPCs 和区块链交互。
熟悉去中心化存储、Rollup 基础设施和节点运维。
有Web3 API 集成和交易生命周期管理经验者优先。
LLM & AI 增强开发(非必须,但优先考虑)
理解**RAG(检索增强生成)**在 AI 应用中的应用。
熟悉LLM 推理优化、向量数据库(FAISS、Pinecone、Weaviate)和数据管道。
熟练使用AI 辅助开发工具(Copilot、GPT-4、Codeium)来加速编码和调试。

技术能力
至少精通 TypeScript、Rust、Go 或 C++ 中的两种语言。

有设计可扩展后端架构和处理大规模数据管道的经验。
对智能合约、RPC 交互和区块链节点有基础了解。

教育 & 经验
计算机科学或相关技术领域的本科及以上学历。
2 年以上后端开发经验,优先考虑有高性能或分布式系统经验者。
软技能
优秀的解决问题能力,具备底层系统理解能力。
能够快速适应新技术并持续学习。
具备团队协作精神,有在快节奏工程团队中工作的经验。
优先考虑的条件
具备**容器化(Docker、Kubernetes)和云基础设施(AWS、GCP、Azure)**经验。
有LLM 推理、向量搜索或基于知识图谱的 AI 系统经验。
熟悉MEV(最大可提取价值)、Gas 费用优化和去中心化基础设施扩展。
在开源后端、Web3 或 AI 项目中有贡献经验者优先。
Responsibilities
Backend Development & Optimization
Design, build, and optimize high-performance backend services in TypeScript, Rust, Go, or C++.
Implement efficient database queries and distributed system architectures.
Optimize network latency, data pipelines, and request throughput.
Database & Infrastructure
Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, etc.) databases, ensuring scalability and performance tuning.
Implement efficient indexing, caching strategies, and query optimization.
Manage data consistency, integrity, and distributed storage systems.
Networking & Security
Develop and optimize high-performance APIs with a focus on low-latency networking.
Implement security best practices for authentication, encryption, and secure data handling.
Mitigate risks related to DDoS attacks, API abuse, and access control.
Web3 & Node Infrastructure (Preferred but Not Required)
Basic knowledge of smart contracts, Ethereum/Solana RPCs, and blockchain interactions.
Familiarity with decentralized storage, rollup infrastructure, and node operations.
Experience with Web3 API integrations and transaction lifecycle handling is a plus.
LLM & AI-Enhanced Development (Preferred but Not Required)
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for AI applications.
Familiarity with LLM inference optimizations, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and data pipelines.
Proficiency in using AI-powered development tools (Copilot, GPT-4, Codeium) to accelerate coding and debugging.
Requirements
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in at least two of TypeScript, Rust, Go, or C++.
Deep expertise in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, or others).
Strong foundation in networking, system optimization, and security best practices.
Experience designing scalable backend architectures and handling large-scale data pipelines.
Basic understanding of smart contracts, RPC interactions, and blockchain nodes.
AI-assisted development proficiency: Comfortable using AI-powered tools to write, optimize, and debug code efficiently.
Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2+ years of backend development experience, preferably in high-performance or distributed systems.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a low-level systems understanding.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies.
Collaborative mindset with experience working in fast-paced engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Background in LLM inference, vector search, or knowledge graph-based AI systems.
Familiarity with MEV, gas optimizations, and decentralized infra scaling.
Contributions to open-source backend, Web3, or AI projects.
