岗位职责：
1. 全面负责某高端医疗器械研发的所有材料相关问题，作为材料专家参与所有的项目研发包括但不限于做金属材料，表面处理，金相分析，镀膜研究等。
2. 研究和测试金属材料特性，包括高温性能，蒸汽压，热导率，膨胀系数等；
3. 开发金属材料的焊接工艺，包括钎焊，氩弧焊，激光焊接等；
4. 研究金属材料的表面处理和机加工等重点工艺。
5. 参与开发金属熔炼，热喷涂等关键工艺，协助供应商完成某些关键步骤的加工和改进。
任职要求：
1. 学历和专业： 研究生以上学历，金属材料相关专业
2. 有电真空材料相关开发经验者优先；
3. 有一定的组织和计划能力，能够领队计划和协调相关材料试验。
4. 积极主动，工作细致，认真负责，团队协作。
