Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for organic material related parts (such as O-ring, bonding agents, etc) improvement by key process optimization in semiconductor equipment for lower CoC, longer parts lifetime, less ersoion, and lower particle counts performance;
2. Be responsible for organic material developments (such as teflon, polymer) to design, experiements, evaluate perfomance, and efficiently present internal and across departments;
3. Co-work with all product divisions for organic material related trouble shooting onsite/lab tools for failure identification, analysis and solutions;
4.Collaborate with GMO to develop and qualify new suppliers (FAI) on material related projects;
5.Collaborate closely with IP team for intellectual properties layout, application and impletation all trough product lifetime related to organic materials;
6. Comply with EHS requirements and lab 6S and satety activites.
Key Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in organic chemistry, physical organic chemistry, and physical chemistry related, ph. D is preferred;
2. Experience of organic synthesis, analysis, flourine chemsistry in advanced semiconductor or related industry is preferred;
3. Working experience in flourine erosion and resistant related process is preferred;
4. Able to work with other function teams, peers, internal and external customers.
5. Be farmiliar with organic material safety related regualations.
