职位职责：
1、负责游戏内主角及出场展示动画设计制作；
2、负责与程序策划沟通需求，制定动作技术方案，并保持沟通顺畅；
3、积极参与其他美术专业沟通，保证动画制作方案最终还原设计效果。
职位要求：
1、美术相关专业毕业，5年以上游戏动作经验，有完整项目制作经验优先；
2、有较强的动画鉴赏能力，可制定项目动作风格及品控外包；
3、熟悉游戏制作流程；精通动画运动规律；熟练使用动画系统；
4、加分项：a.有主导动作类游戏设计经验 b.有游戏CG动画制作经验；
