职位描述
1. 作为团队核心成员，参与游戏项目的立项，共同打造热门游戏地图，构建生态。
2. 全面负责项目制作团队的搭建和管理，确保游戏项目按计划推进，对游戏的里程碑和质量负责。
3. 负责与合作部门对接，对游戏的实际上线数据负责，持续优化游戏性能和用户体验。
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上游戏设计或开发经验，有成功主导游戏研发并上线运营的经验（请附带项目数据表现）。
2. 熟悉游戏研发的各个环节，能够有效组织研发团队高效输出。
3. 能够在规定时间内完成指定方向的游戏 Demo，并通过 Demo 评审的进行录用
4. 热爱游戏行业，游戏经验丰富，对slg、竞技类、自走棋、moba 、塔防、防守、回合制游戏精通
加分项： 熟悉各类型游戏编辑器产品。主导研发并且上线过成功作品的优先。
