· Either grow her silver to gold or handling 1-2 silver/gold grade client be responsible for the target;
· Build rapport & working relationship;
· Develop 2-3 clients from start;
· Start being trusted advisor to 1 client;
· Expertise across all research activities with minimal supervision;
· Moderate, write dgs or supervise;
· Definitely start of moderation with young researchers;
· Supervise every deliverable ensure pg adherence & iso compliance;
· Start taking part in qual training: session on projective or moderation;
· Do 25% of analysis & interpretation on every study – start off and make the RE/SRE continue
· Full presentation with supervision depending on complexity;
· The person will be responsible for a segment of the local and MNC clients;
· Primary responsibility would be to manage, maintain and improve the existing business / clients and development;
· Should be able to contribute for developing new business generation from non-existing / existing clients and establishing new contact base;
· Responsible for executing given projects in the different sectors and delivering on timelines;
· Accountable for identifying and developing practical innovative alternatives / Decision Making
· Lead a team of researchers.

Accountability of identifying and developing practical innovative alternatives, Decision Making. Kantar Quality Standards, Timeliness, Set Revenue Generation & Profitability Target – Medium to High (based on environmental factors);
· Proficiency in conceptual knowledge of research sector;
· Should be well versed with research techniques;
· Should have knowledge in the particular sector dynamics and market issues;
· Should have experience in managing client portfolios;
· Ability to build and lead a high performing team;
· Able to prioritize and execute responsibilities for self and the team;
· Able to manage expectations of Internal and external stake holders;
· To put a check on Team Member’s Individual Performance Objectives;
· High on Customer Relation Skills & Communication skills – Verbal & Written;
· High on interpersonal & entrepreneurial skills.
Candidates with more and relevant experience may be considered as Senior Manager (Qualitative). Immediate availability is highly preferred.
