As per the strategic planning for the AVA business, create marketing assets in line with brand guidelines by collaborating with the marketing team, product design team, and global product managers
What a typical day looks like:
Create striking, high-fidelity product renderings and mockups tailored for diverse use cases: from packaging designs and digital ads to internal presentations.
Harness AI tools (e.g., image generators, smart editors, upscalers) to accelerate workflows, reduce costs, and deliver more creative assets without compromising quality.
Translate marketing narratives into clear, engaging visuals across touchpoints—ensuring consistency and impact in every customer interaction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product marketing, design, GPM) and external partners to refine creative direction and bring ideas to life.
Develop visuals for key moments: customer meetings, leadership reviews, and product launches—making complex ideas tangible and memorable.
Help build and optimize our visual creation workflow, integrating templates, automation, and asset libraries to streamline repetitive tasks and boost team productivity.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools (image generation, smart editing, upscaling) to enhance output speed, reduce costs, and maintain high quality.
Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills—able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience designing efficient creative workflows, including the use of templates, automation, and asset libraries to simplify repetitive visual tasks.
