Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct comprehensive and detailed business analysis;
2.Identify problems in existing products/systems and propose solution to solve;
3.Formulate business requirements and functional specifications for new or existing products/systems/procedures;
4.Work closely to PRC project management team to ensure timeliness and effectiveness of project plans;
5.Provide training and assist formulating SOPs or guidelines for system users to help staffs adapting;
6.Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal departments and external vendors and partners among the globe;
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree holder or above in CS, Finance or related discipline;
2.2 years working experience in product management/project management/business analyst;
3.Willing to travel globally is a MUST, at least nine months;
4.In-depth knowledge of financial business, experience in online brokerage firm will be an advantage;
5..Outstanding analytic, problem-solving and presentation skills;
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
7.Proactive, open-minded and responsible personality;
8.Fluent in Mandarin & English
