CRM Specialist(HubSpot)

【Job Summary】

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our HubSpot platform across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot’s CRM tools and settings, including user management, data operations, integrations, and automation. You will play a key role in ensuring the CRM system is configured to meet business needs, drive adoption, and support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

【Key Responsibilities】

System Administration & Configuration

1、Manage HubSpot settings including general preferences, notifications, account defaults, audit logs, and security configurations.

2、Administer Users & Teams, ensuring proper access control and team alignment.

3、Monitor and maintain Privacy & Consent settings in compliance with data protection regulations.

4、Configure and manage Sandboxes for testing and development purposes.

5、、Oversee Approvals, Routing, and AI features to streamline workflows and automation.

Data Management Support

1、Maintain and optimize Properties, Object Library, and Translations for accurate data representation.

2、Implement Data Enrichment strategies to improve CRM data quality.

Manage Markets, Import & Export, and Backup & Restore processes.

3、Ensure data integrity and compliance across all CRM objects.

Tool Enablement & Support

1、Support and configure tools such as Meetings, Sales Workspace, Customer Success, SMS, and Payments Portal.

2、Manage Marketplace Downloads and integrations with third-party applications.

3、Stay updated with Product Updates and Beta features to leverage new capabilities.

Training & Documentation

1、Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot usage and best practices.

2、Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes, configurations, and workflows.

【Qualifications】

1、Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.

2、Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration.

3、Strong understanding of CRM data structures, user roles, and automation workflows.

4、Experience with data import/export, backup, and integration management.

5、Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, and security best practices.

6、Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

【Preferred Skills】

1、HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Marketing Software, Sales Software).

2、Experience with AI tools, routing logic, and approval workflows.

3、Knowledge of API integrations, custom objects, and advanced reporting.

4、Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

5、Business English Skill Set is a must.
