Responsibilities：
1. Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and distribute surveys with client stakeholders at various hierarchical levels to comprehensively understand and document their business requirements, pain points, and objectives.
2. Act as a primary liaison between the project team and the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle and managing client expectations effectively.
3. Analyze clients' current data processes, data flows, and data architectures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and solution architects to design data solutions that meet the client's business requirements and leverage appropriate data technologies.
5. Participate in data - solution design reviews and provide business - and data - focused insights to ensure alignment with the client's strategic data goals.
6. Perform in - depth analysis on the client's data assets, using advanced analytical tools and techniques to uncover insights and trends that can inform data - driven business decisions.
7. Develop comprehensive reports and data visualizations that communicate analysis results and recommendations to client stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.
8. Assess the potential impact of proposed business changes on the client's organization, including people, processes, and technology, and develop comprehensive transition and change management plans to ensure a smooth implementation and minimize disruption.
9. Support the client through the implementation phase by providing guidance, training materials, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the solution meets the client's requirements and is adopted successfully by end - users.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, management consulting, or a related field. MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis within a consulting environment or working on client - facing projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis tasks and contributing to client satisfaction.
3. Strong Analytical Skills: Identify issues, evaluate options, and recommend data-driven solutions.
4. Data Warehousing and Technical Proficiency: Understand basic data warehousing concepts and have hands-on experience with SQL and Excel for general data analysis.
5. Quick Problem-Solving: Leverage information from multiple channels to rapidly identify and resolve issues.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work effectively across teams and influence decision-makers with data-driven insights.
7. Prioritization and Iterative Approach: Assess the urgency of business requirements and break them down into manageable iterations.
8. Risk Management: Identify project risks or dependencies, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and propose backup solutions.
9. Project Leadership: Define project direction and priorities, and develop realistic delivery plans based on team resources.
