Job Summary:
Responsible for the feature delevelopment on top of Altair Access product and continuously improve the interaction and usability of Altair Access product for China market.
What You Will Do:
• Participate in the feature design discussions with core platform team and stakeholders.
• Own feature delivery through all of its phases.
• Perfrom performance bencharmking and tuning exercises to meet performance objectives.
• Interact with a globally distributed team.
What You Will Need:
Basics:
• Good at developing front end applications using ReactJS, ViewJS, HTML , CSS , JavaScript, bootstrap etc.
• Have experience in developing backend apis using any of Java , Sprint Boot , Golang based technologies.
• Good understanding of microservices based architecture.
• Ability to communicate feature design via good written and verbal communication methods in English as we are globally distributed team.
• Keen on new technology, able to adapt to changes in development environment.
• Basic Linux/ Windows OS understanding for deploying and debugging applications. These are two major platforms we deploy our applications on.
• Exposure to Agile Development Methodology and collaboration tools.
• Exposure to postgres database.

Preferred:
• Experience in designing OAuth 2 / OIDC protocols, RBAC etc. integrations in the application.
• Proficient in UI design and unique insight into user interaction.
• Experience in benchmarking / debugging performane of applications.
