• Business partner to China South and North Regional Manager for Strategy(OR/NS/PM) achievement
• Responsible for Regional CM Statement. This includes monthly actuals, estimates and planning. Know your numbers. Timely and accurate reporting.
• Applicable inventory management for Region
• Credit Assessment / AR Collection / DSO
• Address customer block according to the approval grid
• Perform distributor legal due diligence.
• Salesforce customer approval at the region level
• Prepare and analyze Sub Area package & analysis
• Customer terms & condition, payment terms, LD preliminary review and Bank Guarantee review (complete bank deviation form) when applicable. Follow up with Trade Finance
• Tax issue and Audit support
• Active engagement in applicable continuous improvements & development initiatives.
• Ensuring approval grid compliance and overall Valmet policies compliance for the MA, incl HSE.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA a plus.
• 10+ years in Controlling/FP&A/General Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills along with business fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in Hyperion Financial Reporting Management system and excellent PowerPoint & Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders (business leaders, operations, HR, GFO) and external stakeholders & partners.
• Finance professional with solid “hands-on” experience, to be target oriented and have a proactive mindset.
• Able to drive changes with sense of urgency and bias for action.
