岗位职责
1、负责公司SAP S4 HANA cloud系统物料主数据、BOM主数据、工艺主数据的维护工作；
2、负责公司SAP系统业务模块运维工作，解决系统问题及指导最终用户操作，协助业务数据输出等工作。
3、负责信息系统（以SAP系统为主、其他需求和信息系统为辅）的项目立项、初步设计、建设落地和运维工作；
对信息系统建设的关键节点控制（如蓝图设计、开发及测试、上线切换和验收等）和优化提升；
4、参与信息化需求、变更、项目管理相关流程和管理制度的优化和推行；
5、参与相关业务信息化系统规划和设计，具备一定的接口逻辑规划设计能力；
6、领导交办其他事项等。
Job responsibilities:
1、 Responsible for the maintenance of material master data, BOM master data and process master data of SAP S4 HANA cloud system;
2、 Responsible for the operation and maintenance of business modules of the company's SAP system, solving system problems, guiding end-user operations, assisting business data output, etc、
3、 Responsible for the project initiation, preliminary design, construction, operation and maintenance of information system (mainly SAP system, supplemented by other requirements and information system);
4、 Participate in the optimization and implementation of information requirements, changes, project management processes and management systems;
5、 Participate in the planning and design of relevant business information systems, and have certain interface logic planning and design capabilities；

任职要求
1、熟悉IT项目全生命周期管理和IT项目实施方法论，具备实施IT项目的能力；
2、熟练掌握信息化项目各阶段过程管理和交付件，例如立项报告或调研报告等文档编写；
3、统招本科学历，具有3-5年以上信息化相关经验，3年以上SAP 运维经验，至少1-2个全生命周期SAP项目实施经验；
4、至少精通MM、PP、SD、FICO、PS中一个模块功能及前后台配置操作，熟悉相关领域的业务流程和信息化实现方案；
5、具有对外部供应商进行质量和交付过程等方面管理和把控的能力；
6、擅长与业务部门协作，具备梳理分析业务现状流程的痛点、结合需求和IT技术形成未来流程及其优化方案的能力；
7、具有项目管理资格认证、具备MES 、CRM、WMS实施经验的优先，具备一定英语口语沟通能力优先。
Job Requirements:
1, Familiar with IT project life cycle management and IT project implementation methodology, with the ability to implement IT projects;
2、 Proficient in process management and deliverables at various stages of informatization projects, such as the preparation of project initiation reports or research reports;
3, More than 5 years of information related experience, more than 3 years of SAP operation and maintenance experience, at least 1-2 full life cycle SAP project implementation experience;
4、 Bachelor degree and proficient in at least one module function and front and back configuration operation in MM, PP, SD, FICO and PS, familiar with business processes and information implementation schemes in related fields;
5、 Have the ability to manage and control the quality and delivery process of external suppliers;
6、 Good at cooperating with business departments, able to sort out and analyze the pain points of current business processes, form future processes and optimize plans by combining demand and IT technology;
7, Project management qualification certification, MES, CRM, WMS implementation experience is preferred, fluent oral english is preferred、
