硬性要求：
质量相关经验2年以上+英语能沟通+熟悉车灯或相关产品工艺，最好对接过JLR或Stellantis
1. 各专业故障预防项目策划、开展及更新；
Planned, carried out and updated failure prevention projects for various majors;
2. 产品确认活动策划、开展及更新；
Planned, carried out and updated product confirmation activities;
3. APQP文件制定及按照项目计划持续更新；
Built APQP and update according to the project plan.
4. 新品上市初期质量目标设定及客户质量目标的内部跟踪传递；
Set the quality target at the initial stage of new product launch, and customer quality requirement tracking and transfer;
5. 监督并推动项目质量改进计划；
Supervise and promote the project quality improvement plan;
6. 质量问题库管理；
Quality problem database management;
7. 零部件提交保证书（PSW）；
Parts and components submission guarantee (PSW);
8. 要严格遵守HSE管理规定，并自发开展风险识别与措施改进。
Strictly abide by HSE management regulations, and carry out risk identification and improvement measures spontaneously.
9. 需对公司推行的MQS工作熟知，并可以熟练应用；
Be familiar with MQS implemented by the company, and be able to apply them skillfully;
A、通用知识General knowledge：
1.企业文化测试成绩80分（含）以上；
Corporate culture test scores above 80 (inclusive);
2.熟悉灯具生产、加工、检验流程及原材料特性，了解灯具制作标准；
Familiar with the production, processing and inspection process of lamps and lanterns, as well as the characteristics of raw materials;
3.了解汽车相关的基本知识；
Basic knowledge of automobile;
B、专业知识Professional knowledge：
1.熟练应用QC工具、质量五大工具（APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA）；
Proficient in using QC tools and five quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC and FMEA);
2.熟悉了解灯具产品阶段划分及实现作业流程图；
Familiar with the stage division of luminaire products and the realization of operation flow chart;
3.熟悉统计技术相关知识。
Familiar with relevant knowledge of statistical technology.
4.熟悉项目开发流程。
Familiar with the project development process.
A、通用技能General skills：
1、具备基本的收集、整理、分析、执行、思考和应对、决策能力；
Basic ability to collect, sort out, analyze, execute, think and respond, and make decisions;
2、具备一定的沟通能力、为人处世能力和精神能力；
Good communication skills, social and spiritual skills;
3、具备电脑办公软件使用能力，打字速度达到40字/分钟，office熟练操作；
Capable of using office software, typing speed up to 40 words/min, proficient in office operation;
4、具备5W解析能力、日程管理能力、问题发现及解决能力，并制作8D报告。
Have 5W analytical ability, schedule management ability, problem detection and solution ability, and make 8D report。
B、专业技能Professional skills：
1、能够独立策划、组织实施质量活动；
