Responsibilities:
1. Power and performance attainment and evaluation for Iluvatar Corex's GPGPU products;
2. Develop test plan and execute on power and performance test;
3. Develop test automation solution and script;
4. Develop test plan and execute on post silicon validation;
5. Drive cross functional team to debug and root cause any issues encountered during test or returned from customer;
6. Responsible for post silicon activities related to power performance targets/improvement/outlook;
7. Co-work with pre-silicon team to analyze and correlation to improve accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. An Electrical/Computer/Automation Engineering Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related working experience,A Master's degree plus 3 years of related working experience;
2. Have experience on GPU, CPU and computer architecture and understand the implication on power and performance;
3. Understand semiconductor/integrated circuits basic knowledge, including silicon design, fabrication, wafer sort, packaging & testing;
4. Experience with ASIC bring up, system level test, feature enablement & optimization, issue debug, current/power measurement;
5. Experience with: Python, Shell, C/C++, VB;
6. Hands on experience with multi-meter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, thermal controller, DAQ;
7. Experience with lab automation tools, like NI, GPIB;
8. Strong leadership for issue debug and program driving;
9. Familiar with Windows, Linux environment, and the common tools inside/based;
10. Excellent verbal communication and written, presentation skills.
