We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our product team, focusing on our suite of products for the life sciences industry. You will be responsible for the product direction and execution for key components. This role will focus on enhancing our SaaS solutions to help life sciences companies improve the effectiveness of their key commercial operations.
What you'll do
· Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.
· Manage the entire product lifecycle, including market research, product planning, and working with engineering to ensure timely delivery of features.
· Identify opportunities for product improvements and define and maintain the product's mid-to-long-term roadmap.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and SC to ensure successful product development and go-to-market.
· Prepare product-related materials and present product features and value to internal or external stakeholders.
Requirements:
· 7+ years of product management experience
· A strong passion for product craftsmanship and a high bar for quality. You should possess mature product design skills, with an ability to translate complex needs into simple and intuitive user experiences.
· Excellent skills in customer requirement analysis and user research.
· Good product sense with the ability to create and effectively manage a product roadmap.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· A fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp complex business domains.
· Curiosity about new technologies.
· Pharma background is a plus.
