Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and follow through the Recruitment strategies and plans in line with Company vision and goals

Implement the recruitment & selection activities with quality and speed to support the fast growing business

Manage the recruitment channels to ensure the effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency

Understand and communicate the company policies and procedures when necessary

Manage general employee relations issues, and be responsible for internal communication and coordination

In charge of recruitment projects for international and overseas

Involved in performance evaluation and rating project for employees

Requirement

Degree holders

Familiar with recruitment process, with certain recruitment experience is preferred

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner

Good organizational skills, process excellence, and attention to detail

Strong problem solving skills; ability to manage ambiguity with an open mind and positive attitude

Good written and spoken English is a must
