To support Asia entities to manage and maintain security, network, firewall, NAS server, employee’s accounts, ERP system, etc. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Rolling out Group policies in Asmodee Asia
• Maintaining network architecture, internet security
• Responsible for management and maintenance of office NAS Server and checking backup processes
• Daily management of IT helpdesk
• Solving incidents and service request at Service Desk level in a timely and effective manner
• Installing hardware, software and other required programs
• Running remote guidance to solve issues
• Handling and following up IT contracts, invoice, etc
• Helping to maintain ERP system
• Other tasks assigned by Group IT team and line manager
Requirement
• Good command of the software operating skills in helpdesk.
• Basic technical skills on the desktop.
• +3 years of experience in similar position.
• Good communication and cooperation skills with colleagues.
• Understand the basic operating principles of network and server.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills, can read English technical documents skillfully.
