SUMMARY OF JOB:
Work as electrical engineer to develop cooling new offers & products, also including existed products improving & cost reduction、 Keep improving the quality of Schneider cooling product、 Improve the electrical design and support to solving customer issues、
作为一名电气工程师，完成数据中心精密空调产品的电气设计；对现有产品的技术升级和成本降低，提高施耐德精密空调产品的质量；针对前端的技术要求做相应的技术解答并制定相应的技术解决方案。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Evaluate the products development requirements related to electrical design & key components、
• Complete the electrical diagram, components selection and E-box design、
• Support E-box and sample units build、
• Complete products electrical qualification tests, and support compliance certification test (safety, EMC etc、)、
• Support to answer the questions from service team or Technical Support Centre based on expertise knowledge of products、
• Analysis the root cause of products or components failure, and support to complete TEX (technical expert report) for customer issues、 Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities、
• Create electrical enclosure which meet related regulatory, safety, environmental, reliability compliance requirement、
• Support QVE projects for products cost reduction & quality improvements、
• Publish technical information: Resolutions, FAQs, Manuals, etc、
• Support project team for new part qualification and release, BOM creation, prototype build and test、
• 评估和分析产品开发的电气设计要求和关键部件；
• 完成设备电气原理图设计、电气元器件选型和电控箱设计等工作；
• 支持电控箱样品制造和样机制造；
• 完成样机有关电气的可靠性测试，支持如安规、EMC等相关认证测试；
• 应答前端的产品技术问题和技术支持中心的技术解答；
• 分析电器零部件或相关电气组件的失效的根本原因，并支持客户现场的问题答疑；具备诊断/排除故障的能力，并有创造性的解决方案；
• 支持产品持续改进的项目，如成本优化及质量提升；
• 制定技术文档，如电气BOM、技术测试文档、工艺要求、产品说明书等；
• 支持项目团队开发新的零部件的选型、测试并发布。
EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
• Preferred academic qualifications and background
Bachelor or above degree majored in electrical / electrionic or Automation Engineering
• 电气工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:
• At least 3 years of expericence in product electrical and electronic design、 HVAC or Computer room air conditioner electrical design experience is preferred、
工作经验：
• 至少3年以上电气控制设计经验（机房空调及暖通空调经历优先）
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED:
• Experience with design of single phase and three phase power distribution system design、
• Knowledge on power distribution system component selection, such as Circuit Break, Fuse, Relay, Contact, Wire Capable of design electrical single line diagram with CAD, Visio or other tools、
• Familar with knowledge of electrical safety, EMC/EMI, CCC, UL, CE, RoHS、
• Knowledge of digital and analog circuit design、
• Familiar with product development and product industrialization process, machine level product experience is preferred、
• Fluent in Oral and Written English
• Good onwership and self-motivation to complete work、
• Good communication capabilities to different funciton teams and external customers、
• 单相三相电源配电系统设计经验；
• 电器元器件的选型，如断路器、接触器、保险丝、继电器和相关认证电线等；
• 能够熟练使用电气相关的办公工具，如CAD/VISIO/EPLAN等；
• 熟悉电气安全等相关的知识，如EMI/EMC、CCC/CE/CB/UL、RoHS、安规等；
• 数字电路和模拟电路知识；
• 熟悉产品开发和产品工业化流程，有工业产品级经验优先；
• 良好的听说读写英语能力
• 具备良好的沟通能力和工作主观能动性
