Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust online systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and secure code that adheres to best practices and supports high-performance applications.
- Optimize system performance to enhance stability, scalability, and user experience.
- Support team members in resolving technical challenges and contribute to elevating the team’s overall technical expertise.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously learning and adopting new technologies to ensure long-term technical innovation and sustainability.
What we need:
**Solid engineering skills**
- Backend: Proficient in at least one of Java, Golang, PHP, or Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Spring, Gin, or Laravel.
- Frontend: Skilled in React or Vue with TypeScript, experience with engineering best practices is a strong plus.
- General: Strong understanding of SQL optimization, distributed system design, and practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
**Clear AI enthusiasm**
- Actively pay attention to AI technology trends, and have experience in self-studying ML/LLM/Generative AI
- Can clearly explain how AI creates value in your position (for example: use Copilot to improve code quality/try to automate test script generation)
**Business insight**
- Can discover AI transformation opportunities in business processes from an engineer's perspective
- Have data sensitivity and can verify the effectiveness of technical solutions through AB testing
**Language Skills **
- Fluent English communication (verbal/written)
- Experience in global team collaboration is a plus
