电商运营专员【用户方向】

岗位职责:

Job Responsibilities:

以用户为中心,根据产品特点和用户需求,通过多个渠道(邮件、APP推送、短信等)在用户生命周期每个阶段,设计并执行营销活动,实现最大限度提升用户购买频次,延长用户生命周期时间,提升单体用户价值和防止用户流失的目标。

Centered around users, design and execute marketing activities through multiple channels (email, app notifications, SMS, etc.) at each stage of the user lifecycle based on product features and user needs, aiming to maximize purchase frequency, extend user lifetime value, increase individual user value, and prevent user churn.

1.制定有效的数字营销策略与方案,让用户产生转化和复购,打造品牌影响力,增加用户粘性;

Develop effective digital marketing strategies and plans to drive user conversion and repeat purchases, build brand influence, and increase user stickiness.

2.通过多个渠道设计并实施营销推广活动,包括电子邮件、短信、APP推送等,有效激活新客并增加老用户复购率;

Design and implement marketing campaigns through multiple channels, including email, SMS, app notifications, to activate new customers and increase repeat purchase rates.

3.创建并实施A/B测试,优化活动内容、发送时间等各个元素,促进流量和转化率的增长;

Conduct A/B testing, optimize campaign content, sending time, and other elements to boost traffic and conversion rates.

4.收集并整理各项活动数据,并通过数据分析对运营策略进行优化迭代;

Collect and analyze activity data, optimize operational strategies through data analysis iterations.

5.对用户进行分层运营,通过精准的营销策略实现用户的提频、留存和促活;

Segment users for targeted operations, achieve user frequency, retention, and activation through precise marketing strategies.

6.跟踪行业趋势和分析竞品动态,制定相应竞争策略,保持市场敏锐度。

Track industry trends, analyze competitor dynamics, develop corresponding competitive strategies, and maintain market sensitivity.

岗位要求:

Job Requirements:

1.拥有1-2年或以上电商运营经验;

1-2 years or more of e-commerce operations experience.

2.本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先;

Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business administration, or related fields preferred.

3.能够独立完成文案撰写,有较强的策划和编辑能力,具备创新意识;

Ability to independently write copy, strong planning and editing skills, with innovative thinking.

4.具有广告策划、活动策划等在内的各种营销方式进行市场宣传、品牌推广的能力;

Capable of various marketing methods including advertising planning, event planning for market promotion and brand building.

5.对数字营销有一定理解,具备良好的数据分析能力;

Understanding of digital marketing, good data analysis skills.

6.具备良好的沟通协调和团队协作精神,善于解决问题;

Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork spirit, problem-solving skills.

7.熟悉HTML/CSS者优先;

Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

8.具有良好的英语沟通和表达能力者优先。

Proficiency in English communication and expression is preferred.
