他/她应负责最新技术和专门从事上述部件的当地供应商。
主要职责:
1. 技术侦察
·识别和监控未来技术趋势，支持技术和产品战略。
·提供对中国科技产业现状的更深入了解。
·与供应商交换意见，完成MM。
2. 提名支持
作为工程方参加SPS，完成SPS报告，给出潜在供应商的积极和消极评价，最后向宝马股份公司同事汇报。
3. 新能源汽车E—动力总成技术评价
·与侦察队成员合作，收集技术、市场和政策等方面的最新信息；
·支持技术从E—Powertrain系统和零部件层面深度跳水。
4. 新能源汽车电动汽车动力总成供应商评价
·参加供应商与工程师、采购员、质检员的会议，对供应商的技术和产品进行评估；
·收集供应商信息，定期更新供应商数据库。
5. 新能源汽车电动动力总成深度报道
·新能源汽车E—动力总成第三方咨询公司项目管理深度报告。
·支持Scouting团队完成电动动力总成部件深度报告的定稿。
·管理深度报告预算。
6. 新能源汽车会议列表
·管理会议出席情况和报告状态。
·定期更新会议名单。
资格和技能
1. 本科/硕士，汽车工程/电气电子工程/机械工程或同等学历。
2. 熟悉电动汽车和电动动力总成架构零件者优先，如:
·电动汽车动力总成体系结构
·电力电子学
3. 功能开发管理知识
We prefer the engineer to be technically sophisticated with following HV-components / control units:
BMS Battery Management System
PDU Power Distribution Unit
CSC Cell Supervision Circuit
He/She should be responsible for latest technology and local suppliers who specializes with above components。
Major Responsibilities:
1. Technology Scouting
• Identify and monitor future technologies trend and support Technology and Product strategy.
• Provide deeper understanding of the state of China’s technology industry.
• Exchange with supplier and complete the MM.
2. Nomination support
As the engineering side to attend the SPS, complete the SPS report, give the positive and negative comments of potential supplier, finally report to BMW AG colleagues.
3. New Energy Vehicle E-Powertrain Technology Evaluation
• Cooperate with scouting team members for collecting latest information of technology, market and policy, etc.
• Support technology deep-dive from E-Powertrain system and component level.
4. New Energy Vehicle E-Powertrain Supplier Evaluation
• Attend supplier meeting with engineer, purchase and QMT, evaluate the supplier technology and product.
• Collect supplier information and regularly update supplier database.
5. New Energy Vehicle E-powertrain In-depth Report
• Project management of 3rd party consulting company for New Energy Vehicle E-Powertrain in-depth report.
• Support Scouting team for E-powertrain Components In-depth Report finalization.
• Manage the in-depth report budget.
6. New Energy Vehicle Conference List
• Manage the conference attendance and report status.
• Update conference list regularly.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor / Master, in Automotive Engineering/Electric & Electronic Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Knowledge about electric vehicle and electric powertrain architectures parts is preferred, such as:
• Electric vehicle powertrain architectures
• Power electronics
3. Knowledge in function development process and implementation.
4. At least 2 – 3 years working experience in Automotive Industry.
5. Fluent spoken and written English skill, German skill is highly appreciated.
6. Good communication skills and teamwork willingness.
7. Willing to go business trip frequently depends on real business needs.
