工作内容：
1、工作年限及资历:从事灯具组装工艺相关工作经验，熟悉从产品造型开发到量产过程中涉及组装工艺的全过程
2、必要能力:产品数据评审，装配可行性分析能力、组装工艺线体策划及改善能力、疑难问题分析能力;岗位技能:产品结构数据评审能力、组装产线设备调试和问题处理能力
4、通用知识:熟悉灯具组装装配、焊接/涂胶工艺，功能检测相关知识;熟练应用DOE、SPC、MSA、FMEA等质量工具;了解成型和涂装工艺:
若能力突出可适当放宽要求、本科及以上学历，机械类、汽车类、电气机电类、材料类、自动化类、电子信息类等相关专业若能力突出可适当放宽要求
A、通用知识General knowledge：
1、精通灯具基础知识及灯具工艺；
Master the basic knowledge of lamps and the process of lamps;
2、掌握灯具常用材料；
Master common materials of lamps;
3、掌握灯具常见失效；
Master the common failures of lamps ;
B、专业知识Professional knowledge：
1、熟悉灯具产品的法律法规及灯具性能要求；
Be familiar with the laws and regulations of lamp products and the performance requirements of lamps;
2、熟知设备参数、原理、工艺要求；
Familiar with equipment parameters, principles and process requirements;
3、精通相应工艺的工装要求；
Familiar with the tooling requirements of the corresponding process;
4、熟知相关的产品知识和责任规则;
Understand relevant product knowledge and responsibility rules;
5、掌握FMEA、APQP、PPAP、项目手册；
Know well about FMEA, APQP, PPAP, PHB;
6、熟知产品 、规格及客户要求的相关信息;
Understand the relevant information of products, specifications and customer requirements;
