岗位职责：
1、储能集成产品的现场交付、调试工作；
On-site delivery and commissioning of energy storage integrated products;
2、储能集成产品从到客户现场开始至项目验收的现场管理；
On-site management of the products from arrival at the customer's site to project acceptance;
3、协调解决项目交付过程中的各种问题，管控风险，关注项目交付进展；
Coordinate and solve various problems in the process of products delivery, controll risks and pay attention to the progress of project delivery;
4、跟进客户现场交付、调试等环节的进度、对风险进行预警、项目验收，确保项目质量和交付及时性；
Follow up the progress of on-site delivery, debugging and other things. Conduct risks in project acceptance to ensure project quality and delivery timeliness;
5、收集和梳理项目现场的问题，协助公司质量和项目管理部门推动产品更新迭代；
Collected , sorted out and feedback problems on site to assist quality and PM department to promote product's update and iteration;
6、项目验收并网后，储能集成产品的现场巡检；
Conduct regular inspection on site after product acceptance and grid-connected;
7、项目验收并网后，储能集成产品故障的现场维修。
Repair product's faults on site after product acceptance and grid-connection;
1. 本科及以上学历， 电力工程、电气、软件、自动化、新能源工程等专业；
Bachelor degree or above, majored in electric power engineering, electrical engineering, software, automation, new energy engineering, etc;
2、一年以上光伏、储能、电力行业工作经验，了解储能集成、BMS、EMS。
More than one year of working experience in photovoltaic, energy storage and power industries, familiar with energy storage integration, BMS and EMS.
3、具有较强的抗压心理、动手实践能力和客户现场沟通能力；
Strong anti pressure psychology, hands-on & practice ability as well as customer on-site communication ability;
4、 具有PMP证书优先。具备海外施工现场电气安装、测试、电气查线、调试经历者优先；
Experience in overseas construction site electrical installation, testing, electrical wiring inspection and commissioning is preferred; PMP certificate is preferred.
5、英语可作为工作语言，能适应频繁出差
English can be used as working language and can adapt to frequent overseas business trips;
