职责描述:
金融保险背景优先，英语读写熟练，专注UI自动化，接口自动化。
Java + Selenium； Java+Appium；
Python不考虑
1、参与制定软件测试质量计划、质量保证、质量控制的管理规定。
2、具体实施项目性能自动化、集成测试和回归测试，编写测试报告，具体参与软件发布版本的控制与管理。
3、关注系统开发中的质量问题，及时与项目经理沟通，及时跟踪解决测试缺陷，持续提高软件质量。
4、提出对软件的进一步改进的建议，并评估改进方案是否合理;对测试结果进行总结与统计分析，对测试进行跟踪，并提出反馈意见。
任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上，计算机及相关专业
2、应具有3年以上UI自动化测试经验 Java + Selenium； Java+Appium； API自动化测试经验
3、掌握软件测试专业知识领域，精通主流测试系统、工具和测试方法;
4、熟悉软件开发实施、项目管理等;具备较高组织协调和分析判断能力，善于进行团队管理和激励
