b.从大众流程和ISO26262角度进行咨询
c.团队培训
资格：
a.5年功能安全管理和开发经验，必须有大众项目经验
b.熟悉大众FuSa工艺，在某些领域具有功能安全开发的实践经验
c.ISO26262审核资格
d.了解车辆电子控制单元（ECU）和车辆架构者优先
e.熟练掌握PPT、Excel等办公工具
f.中英文流利（德语优先）
Responsibility:
a. Support on the FuSa process establishment
b. Consulting from VW process and ISO26262 perspective
c. Training for the team
Qualification:
a. 5 years experience in function safety management and development, VW project experience is a must
b. Proficient with VW FuSa proces and hands-on experience in function safety development in certain domains
c. ISO26262 Audit qualification
d. Knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture is a plus
e. Skilled in PPT/Excel and other office tools
f. Chinese & English fluence (German is a plus)
