Job Duties
1、 Analyze customer requirements, and plan the corresponding ion implanter software design work;
2、 Lead the ion implanter software debugging;
3、 Responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of the ion implanter software platform, including refactoring and field updates;
4、 Interface between the R&D, field service, and process department;
5、 The daily management and work arrangement of the software team, including training
6、 Communicate directly with customer on as needed basis.
Job Requirements
1、 Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of experience in software development in manufacturing industry, more than 5 years of experience in team management;
2、 Proficiency in C++/C# and other development languages;
3、 Skilled in windows development (proficiency in win32 application structure, windows messaging mechanism, multi-threaded synchronization and mutual exclusion, inter-process communication and COM development);
4、 Strong software debugging skills, able to quickly locate stack corruption, memory leaks, etc. through debugging or symbolic files;
5、 Experience with software testing including simulation, hardware testing, and field testing.
6、 Experience in software development for large industrial control machines and understanding of device communication. Familiar with RS232/485 communication, TCP/IP, Modbus and other protocols;
7、 Be rigorous in thinking, have good analytical problem-solving skills, and be able to undertake tasks independently;
8、 Have good communication and collaboration skills, anti-stress ability, and a strong sense of ownership to advance the project progress.
Job Preferred Skills
1、Experience with semiconductor equipment software
2、Experience with factory automation and the SEMI standards
3、Experience with C++17
