What you will do:

1. Lead quantitative and/or qualitative inbound initiatives such as customer persona understanding, opportunity sizing, customer feedback analysis, and competitor intel to represent the market and address market needs holistically with product teams.

2. Foster cross-functional relationship and collaboration to form product strategy, vision, and roadmap backed by market insights.

3. Define go-to-market strategy and oversee execution and operation against the strategy; design and lead alpha/beta testings to capture early-stage insights for product fine-tune.

4. Support outbound efforts and sales activities to drive product adoption by feeding tactics such as sales enablement, automatic notifications, comm material production, webinars, etc.

What we are looking for:

1. BA/BS degree; working proficiency in English especially speaking and writing.

2. 1+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing/ advertising, media planning/buying/analytics, consulting, and/or other analytical roles.

3. A storyteller with track record of consolidating information into customer-oriented communications.

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrated experience collaborating with different teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

5. A fast learner and self-starter who gets to the point quickly with a good sense of judgment.

6. Analytical mind and good data skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and preferably have experience using BI tools such as Tableau to identify patterns and insights.
