职责:
1.与ODM/OEM合作伙伴密切合作，通过增加技术辅助材料(如应用说明文档、定制和调优用户指南、样品和参考设计材料以及调试/配置文件工具)来增强客户解决方案，从而成功部署AMD服务器平台；
2.执行平台审查(设计，块级，图表和布局审查)，提出，以及内部和外部参考和生产设计的调试，并为客户提供解决方案；
3.为客户提供技术培训，提高客户整体设计技能；
4.与客户和内部团队直接参与关键技术主题、问题、架构讨论和性能优化，引导多方讨论趋同；
5.解决技术问题并产生创造性解决方案的分析能力；
6.提供现场支持，加快问题结案速度，以满足整体项目进度。
能力:
1.电子工程(或相关工程领域)学士或硕士学位；
2.3年以上(高级工程师)或5年以上(MTS)开发经验(ADM或英特尔X86平台)熟练操作Orcad或Concept软件；
3.具有较强的技术能力，在执行电路图和PCB设计、EM!和信号完整性分析、性能优化、系统架构等方面有丰富的实践经验；
4.具有以下方面的丰富知识:PC/服务器体系结构、x86处理器、DDR、PCIe、SATA、USB、多处理器系统、电源管理和系统管理；
5.有与全球客户直接合作并帮助他们实现生产的经验；
6.有团队精神，有激情，愿意为业务成功不惜一切代价，有敏锐的紧迫感和强烈的动力；

Responsibility：
1.Work closely with ODM/OEM partners to enable successful deployment of AMD server platforms by augmenting customer solutions with technical collateral, such as application note documentation, user guide on customization and tuning, sample and reference design materials, and debugging/profiling tools
2.Perform platform reviews (design, block-level, schematic, and layout review), bringing up, as well as debugging on internal and external reference and production designs, and provide solutions to customers
3.Provide customers technical training to improve overall customer design skill
4.Engage directly on key technical topics, issues, architecture discussions, and performance optimizations with customers and internal teams and steer of multi-party discussion to convergence
5.Analytic ability to address technical issues and generate creative solutions
6. On-site support to speed up issue closure to meet overall project schedule
SKill/Competency：
1.BS or MS in Electronic Engineering(or relative engineering fields)
2.3+years (Sr. Engineer) or 5+ years (MTS) of h/w development experience（ADM or Intel X86 platform）
. Skillful in Orcad or Concept software operating.
3.Strong technical skills with extensive hands-on experiences in performing schematics and PCB design, EMI and Signal Integrity analysis, performance optimization, and system architecture
4.Strong knowledge in the following fields: PC/Server architecture, x86 processors, DDR, PCIE, SATA, USB, multiprocessor systems, power management and system management
5.Experience in working directly with global customers and enabling them to production
6.Team player with passion and will to do whatever it takes for business success with a keen sense of urgency and strong drive
7.Excellent communication and evangelizing skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive team results
8.Fluent in both written and spoken English
