工作职责:
自定义SAP从中国交付的损益季；
为客户提供咨询服务；
支持新员工的业务发展；
中国对SAP交付服务的总体所有权；
与EAS/SAP全球/区域团队的单一联系点；
业务管道的能力规划；
为新交易建立团队职位要求；
在IT服务或咨询公司担任SAP交付领导/交付主管10-15年经验；
在中国为跨国客户实施、推出和支持项目中，掌握SAP S4 Hana&ECC的经验；
对FICO有很好的了解；
对SAP功能模块中MM和SD的基本知识；
在SAP实施、推出和支持相关客户需求的解决方案和建议方面积累经验；
优秀的中英文沟通能力；
有上进心，独立性强，能够在中国敏捷环境下工作。
Job Responsibility:
• Own P&L for SAP delivery from China
• Provide advisory services with clients
• Support Business Development for new pursues
• Overall ownership for the SAP delivery service from China
• Single point of contact with EAS/SAP global/regional teams
• Capacity planning for business pipelines
• Setting up teams for new deals
Job Requirements:
• 10-15 years of SAP experience as a delivery lead / delivery head in an IT services or consulting company.
• Hands on experience on SAP S4 Hana & ECC across implementation, rollout and support projects for China for multinational clients.
• Good knowledge of on FICO
• Basic knowledge across SAP functional modules on MM and SD
• Hands on experience in solutioning and proposals for SAP implementation, rollout and support related client requirements.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work in an agile environment in China.
