岗位职责：
1、大功率电源变换器硬件开发、（X射线发生器 200KV,0.6mA~1.5mA) 设计与测试；
2、负责产品的原理设计、元器件选型到PCB焊接调试及性能改善等具体工作；
3、负责磁性元件的设计选型及性能改善；
4、编写硬件设计说明、硬件调试说明等相关文档；
5、提出对系统及硬件的进一步改进要求并评估改进方案是否合理；
6、协助生产部门以及质量部门解决实际问题。
任职要求
1、大学本科或以上学历，电子或电力电子专业方向优先；
2、具备5年以上大功率电力电子产品的设计经验，有高压电源设计经验者优先；
3、精通常用的大功率变换拓扑以及电源系统的开闭环反馈控制技术，熟悉电源系统的各种安全规范以及测试标准；
4、熟悉电力电子主被动器件，熟练掌握电源系统磁元件设计及EMC解决方案；
5、熟练运用各种办公软件、仿真软件、电路设计软件；
6、工作经验主要集中在电子电子应用领域，如：通讯电源、X射线电源、UPS、大功率DC/DC、光伏逆变器、医疗高功率电源、高压电源、大功率逆变器等领域者优先考虑；
7、具备快速学习的能力，良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神，有一定的抗压能力。
