岗位职责:
1. 负责公司产品销售和产品推广以及出口业务的发展和维护;
Responsible for the sales and promotion of products and the maintain & develop of export business
2. 负责每年的销售计划的制定;
Responsible for the planning and enforcement of the annual sales plan
3. 根据公司市场战略与市场销售目标,结合所掌握的市场信息进行市场预测,制订市场拓展目标、销售策略与规划,并组织实施;
Understand the market status in regional and area level to work out the regional marketing plan accordingly
4. 根据公司销售策略,建立维护公司的销售网络与渠道管理体系,通过系列市场推广活动,营造市场环境,提升公司与产品品牌,支撑公司产品销售的增长;
All regional marketing programs designed and deployed according to company’s overall direction and strategy. Set up sales network. Plan and execute all kinds of marketing activities. Leverage all marketing activities to improve brand exposure and brand equity
5. 管理并指导销售代表及客服,完成销售、回款与市场目标;
Coach and monitor sales representative to achieve sales target, collect payments and the market objectives
6. 根据公司费用政策,指导下属了解销售重点,评估客户资源需求,制订预算使用计划;
Analyze the customer ‘s resource requirement, make out budget plan , coach subordinate about the sales focus in alliance with company’s cost policy
7. 与公司其他部门协调,监督项目开发的进展,内部定单的制定及履行,负责销售合同的审查及执行;
Good co-operation with other cross functions, monitor project development, order , contract review and enforcement
8. 参与综合管理体系运行相关工作,体系审核、内审及供应商审核;
Attend integrated management system implement requirement, management system audit, internal audit and supplier audit.
9. 上级领导交办的其它工作。
