岗位职责：
1.作为测试专家，负责产品开发周期中高速测试系统和验证工作。
Subject matter expert in high speed test systems and validation activities through product development cycles
2.根据电气和软件规范制定新产品的测试要求。
Establishing testing requirements for new products based on electrical and software specifications
3.负责开发从概念到制造安排的高速电缆测试系统和夹具。
Development of high-speed cables test systems/fixtures from conception to manufacturing deployment
4.负责测试系统架构、系统图、测试软件、硬件构建和产品制造的验证工作。
Test system architecture, system diagramming, test software, hardware build, and validation into manufacturing of product
5.根据设计审查和产品规格制定可操作的建议。
Creating actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and product specifications
6.就产品功能和改进领域做出数据驱动的决策。
Making data driven decisions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.
岗位要求：
1.统招本科及以上，相关理工科专业。
2.10年以上测试经验，5年以上高速测试经验，熟练使用python。
3.熟悉高速信号测试设备，如Digital Sampling Oscilloscope, Vector Network Analyzer, Bit Error Rate Tester, TDR,Pattern Generators, Power Supplies, etc.)
4.英语流利，可直接工作交流。
5.加分项：
1)Familiarity with embedded systems and ANSI C
2)Familiarity with NI Test Stand and Labview is a plus
其它：
1、学历：统招本科及以上（口语流利可放开）
2、英文：流利，可用于日常开会沟通
3、汇报上级：美国老板
4、行业高速信号产品测试（开关、路由器、线束等等），python是必须的，10年以上测试工作经验
