岗位职责：
1.负责游戏内战斗逻辑、战斗表现设计与开发跟进及验收;
2.负责游戏内英雄的技能设计与表现设计与开发跟进及验收;
3.从全局角度保证战斗设计的平衡性、策略性，并确定战斗相关数值;
4.与系统策划、数值策划协作，对英雄平衡性，关卡难度进行迭代调优;
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上数值向游戏项目工作经验，有卡牌项目经验者优先;
2.对技能表现、战斗策略等核心战斗体验有较深的认识，资深卡牌游戏玩家优先;
3.熟悉战斗相关的开发和配置，能够独立负责单模块的落地和优化;
4.有较强的沟通协调能力，能够和团队高效配合。
