Primary Purpose of Position本职位主要目的
Support the Manufacturing Team & Customer by providing specifications, information and decisions necessary to make a product that meets the customer’s design intent, and that is manufactured to meet all standards of Quality, productivity, cost, performance and manufacturing system requirements. Support the customer through engineering change, new program launch and quality issues.
为制造团队和客户提供规范、信息以及满足客户设计需求的产品决策，制造产品满足所有质量标准，产能，成本，绩效，制造体系要求。在工程更改，新项目开发以及质量问题上支持客户。
Major Responsibilities of Position本职位主要职责
1. New Program Launch: Project Manager for the production launch of the new product.
新项目开发：项目经理负责新产品项目的启动。
? Ensure customer drawings and specifications are received, recorded, and controlled in system.
确保接受到客户图纸，规范，并都记录和在体系中控制起来。
? Coordinate product launch meetings (internally and at the customer).协调组织项目启动会议（内部和客户处）
? Track launch progresses to ensure that all tasks are performed.跟踪项目启动进度确保所有工作的完成
? Control the cost within budge.t控制项目费用在预算内
? Coordinate with Advanced Engineering and other areas of GTC on new project launches, supplying prototypes to customers and changes as they arise throughout the life of the program.
与产品开发工程人员和GTC技术中心其他人员就新项目启动，提交样件给客户以及对在项目生命中的变更提供支持
? Coordinate component acquisition for production and sample runs.协调获取生产零部件和试样生产
? Coordinate manufacturing equipment acquisition for production including writing the necessary technical specifications.协调生产所需的制造设备，包括制订必要的技术规范
? Complete reports and documentation of meetings as required.根据要求完成会议所需的报告和文件
? Driving continuous improvement for launching products.推动项目的持续改进
2. Quality: Ensure technical specifications for manufacturing equipment meet customer requirements.
质量：确保制造设备的技术规范满足客户要求
? Assist in the development of quality systems to satisfy customer requirements.
协助完善质量体系以满足客户需要
? Co-ordinate the creation of all quality documentation.协调所有质量文件的生成
? Ensure quality variations experienced in production meet customer requirements of fit, form or function. Respond to customer’s concerns using appropriate systems (8D’s, 7D’s, etc.)
确保生产中的质量偏差满足客户要求。以合适的形式（8D’s, 7D’s,等）回复客户的问题
? Key contact/Customer Liaison for all reporting.作为关键的联络/客户联系人
3. Communication: Ensure communication of process / part changes to customer, required by management system documents and procedures.
交流：根据管理体系文件和流程，确保进行工艺/客户产品变更方面的沟通
? Be a liaison between SMMP, the customer, and suppliers. 作为SMMP，客户以及供应商之间的一个联络人
? Visits to Customers for continuous improvements and customer relations.
拜访客户促进与客户间的关系以及持续改进
? Spearhead design changes and revisions during development, launch and production.
在产品开发，启动和生产阶段领导设计变更和修改
4. Troubleshooting: Participate in troubleshooting production problems by seeking solutions that preserve design intent of fit, form and function. 解决问题：通过寻求解决方案参与到生产问题的解决中
? Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise. 其他需要履行的职责，包括特殊项目的指派
Education and Skill Requirements教育及技能要求
? Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, leadership, project management, prioritization, and organization skills are necessary.
良好的沟通，客户服务，人际交往，领导能力，项目管理，区分优先次序以及组织技能
? Be knowledgeable in areas of tooling, die casting, machining, quality systems, automotive technology and manufacturing processes.了解模具，压铸，加工，质量体系，汽车科技以及制造流程
? Engineering degree with 5 min years’ experience in die casting and 3 min years of project management , Technician/Technologist diploma with 8 min years’ experience in die casting and 5 min years of project management.工程学位,至少5年压铸行业和至少3年项目管理经理，技术文凭，至少8年压铸行业和至少5年项目管理经理
? Microsoft Office Professional.办公自动化
? Be familiar with IATF16949，APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA ,SPC & Control plan,.
熟悉ISO/IATF16949质量体系标准；熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC及控制计划。
