1.Lead product engineer team to develop automotive electrical motor product
projects, in charge of design concept creation, motor specification evaluation,
feasibility study and related design validation tests arrangement.
2.In charge of motor and related components drawing creation and assessment,
DFMEA, DVPR and other project documents creation, review, release and finalization.
3.Communicate with customers, suppliers, project management and other related
functional teams to develop motor projects, find the best balance point for product design, process, quality and cost.
