1. 在汽车行业半导体相关流程方面具有扎实的知识。
2. 在半导体供应商基础方面具有经验，包括评估和供应商知识。
3. 在质量方法方面接受过强化培训并拥有经验。精通质量方法工具流程（QMT-Processes）（产品与过程开发及批量生产）。
4. 在工业生产流程方面具有扎实的知识，在工艺工程以及过程开发与批量生产方面具有可靠的知识。
5. 具备扎实且商务流利的英语知识，额外掌握中文或德语知识为加分项。
6. 具备跨文化能力，能在跨文化团队中成功开展工作。
7. 高度灵活性与机动性，高压力承受能力。
8. 愿意出差。
9. 具有分供应商管理经验。
经验 (Experience)
1. 至少具有5年汽车电子电气（E/E）开发/质量管理经验，其中3年为半导体产品经验。
2. 在汽车原始设备制造商（OEM）或供应商处，在量产启动（SOP）前的项目阶段及批量生产阶段，拥有技术领域经验。
3. 在供应商管理与资质认证方面具有专业经验。
Knowledge/Skills
1、Well-founded knowledge of semi-conductor related processes in automotive industry.
2、Experience in terms of semi-conductor supplier base, including evaluation, supplier knowledge.
3、Intense training and experience in quality methods. Excellent knowledge of QMT-Processes (Product and Process Development & Series Production).
4、Well-founded knowledge of industrial production processes, sound knowledge of process engineering and Process Development & Series Production).
5、Founded and business fluent knowledge in English language, additional knowledge in Chinese or German language is a benefit.
6、Intercultural competence, successful acting in intercultural teams.
7、High flexibility and mobility, high stress tolerance.
8、Willing to Travel
9、Experience in sub-supplier management.
Experience
1、With minimum 5 years automotive E/E development/quality management experiences, 3 years experiences for semi-conductor product.
2、Experience in a technical field at automotive OEM or supplier in Project phase before SOP and series production
3、Professional experience in supplier management and qualification
